Music Is Life, and has been for a long time in the Ackerman family. This can be seen in the passion that is put into every note we play. From age 16 Taylor has fronted some version of an Alex Taylor Band with his father, Pat always holding things together on the bass. Influences started with classics like John Mayall, Muddy Waters, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Lonnie Mack and continued in every direction from Jimi Henrdrix, Led Zepplin, The Allman Brothers, The Black Crowes and Bob Dylan.
