Born Jan 7 1970 in Monterey California raised in Tacoma Wa Mark Womack began experimenting with the sounds of music in the early 80ies as self taught DJ and producer . The transformation from DJ to MC began in early 85 when Mark and his local crew met thier match in a street battle By a local female MC and from that day on Wojack started writing rhymes .
