| About Johnny Walker | Johnny Walker Black is a true hip hop and music fiend. Born in Washington, DC, Johnny has lived throughout the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and has been writing and performing hip hop since 1999. After high school, he found new energy (and a wider audience) in creating music that is a mix between the slick rhymes of the present and the messages of credible hip hop acts of the past. Drawing influence from great hip hop artists such as Talib Kwali, Redman, Mos Def, Nas; and melding it with the soul of Stevie wonder, Bill Withers, and Michael Jackson, Johnny is looking to make big waves in the music industry. Currently, Johnny is looking to book shows throughout the USA and is always open for a collaboration with other like-minded, hardworking, and positive artists looking to make waves of their own. |
