Born December 16, 1988, Jared Waiters, commonly referred to as J-Dub entered the world. The rap moniker was derived simply from his first and last initial. At an early age, J-Dub was an active poet, often entering his works into competitions with many successes and even a published work by the age of ten. One day he woke and realized that rapping was no more than a poet with the addition of music. Lyrics were no more than poetry. His passion for music and writing ultimately led to him branching out from his area of comfort and pursuing a career as a rap artist and beat maker. With a sole mission of changing the rap game to what it used to be, J-dub surrounds and affiliates himself only with artists who have real topics to speak on, other than money hoes cars clothes. His overall goal is to steer artists and fans back towards the roots of hip hop. Real music one can apply to everyday life's experiences. From subjects of poverty,addiction, relationships, faith, dreams, suicide, pretty much anything the human race has endured, you can be sure to count on J-dub to deliver that flawlessly.
