Gordon | Last Updated Bio Date : 1/13/2020 Song Cast/Spotlight Radio David was born in Michigan Mr and Mrs Arnold and later was put in an orphanage along with his younger brother and sister. David was adopted after is brother and sister were adopted into new homes. As it turned out, David was adopted by Mr and Mrs Howard Gordon, thus the name becoming 'Gordon". David's adopted mother Loney Gordon was paramount in working with a team of researchers who had found a cure for the whopping cough. (which is a bigger story in itself) David has lived in California, Mexico, and currently lives in Chicago. A natural musician and composer with talents in keyboards, acoustic and electric guitars. Gordon also is also a 3D artist and animator and currently has a couple animations that use his music in the background. Creating 3D art and animation, along with composing is where Gordon feels at his best. The various tastes of music genre makes Gordon a very intriguing composer/musician. Inspired by guitarist Carlos Santana, B.B. King, George Benson, and Jimi Hendrix. Also the influence of groups such as Earth, Wind, and Fire, Steely Dan, Brass Construction, are also evident in some of his music styles. As a keyboardist as well, Stevie Wonder (whom Gordon had met before Stevie become famous) really had an impact on him. Gordon has a special blend of 'old school' with just the right amount of recent music styles that seem to bring various music lovers together. Smooth Jazz, Soft Rock, Hip Hop, Funk, and romantic genre pretty much sums up what 'the Mood Outfitter' (Gordon) brings into the music world. It is hoped, that eventually, many of his compositions will be mixed with his 3D animation which will be available via You Tube. In the meantime, just chill and let the 'Mood Outfitter' take you into or out of a mood as you travel down your own emotional highway, to a destination known to you as 'a better state of mind'. |
