Percy Mukwevho aka P.PostMan was born in 1988, 5th of January he hails from a family of musicians, so being a musician is in his roots, blood and his life. Grandson and nephew of Christopher Mukwevho and Abel Mukwevho the founders of the Threlling Artist. First born son of world renowned artist Colbert Harlet Mukwevho.

Many in South Africa remember him as “little Percy”, who captured many hearts after his performance in Jam Alley (a popular entertainment TV show) and from a collaboration he did with another child star Mzambiya on a song called For the love of Kwaito in 2002 at a tender age of 13 years. His unique pure voice made it hard for many to ignore him; it captured his youth and fell smoothly on anyone’s ears regardless of age. This allowed him the opportunity to work with many of South Africa’s greatest adult musicians like Mandoza, Chicco Twala, Mdu, Vicky Sampson, Yvonne Chakka Chakka to mention a few.

He has thus far released 3 albums the first being Here I am in 2001, where he featured his father’s youngest brother Mulalo Mukhevho a base guitarist. However the release of his second album Spectacular 2003 gained him allot more popularity. On that album he featured the likes of Mzyambia and Kguntsi from the all girl trio School Girls.

The once predicted icon has returned to the public platform of music. While out of the public music platform he has continued performing in his father’s band as a backing vocalist. Those who have been hardcore loyal fans have followed him from throughout his teenage years and into early manhood. There is no doubt that his up and coming album has been long overdue and is awaited with great anticipation. His next offering will definitely come from his heart, a project he has wanted to release for as long as he can remember.
