Sookase was born Otis levon keys II on april 4th 1983 in Los Angeles, CA. Sookase was raised in Brandon,Ms about 10 miles outside of Jackson,Ms. Sookase moved to Dallas,Tx at the age of 17 to try to slow down the way he was living, and try to at least complete a highschool education. Sookase has been writing since the age of 9. Some of his influences include U.G.K, Outkast, 8ball, M.J.G., Ghetto boys, and the whole G-funk movement.
