Born in Salisbury Md, the 3rd of five sons to 1 man and 1 woman;Raymond Maddox aka Tobyn Fross grew up in strong family ties and at an early age had a "nack" for entertaining. As time passed and his parents divorced found himself in a predicament he didn't want to be. It was eithier the standing circumstances or return to what he once knew as an child. He chose the latter.
