Who is Phil Read?

Phil was born and raised in the City of New Orleans, Louisiana and still resides in the area. While he was growing up totally emersed within the rich culture and music which is the "Big Easy," he attended the Loyola University College of Music in New Orleans where he was a member of the award winning Jazz Lab Band for 5 years and played with the New Orleans Saints Stadium Jazz Band.
